Pip (they/them) + Lib (she/they) are an award winning freelance creative team with experience in the advertising, music, film and publication industries.

They began working together as a journalistic team; creating their own magazine. Within a few years they were documenting youth culture with known publication such as i-D, The Face and Wonderland magazine.

It’s from these early roots that they bring an extensive understanding of culture into the advertising space; which has seen them work with Jonah Hill on Instagram’s first content series, take global tennis star Emma Raducanu back to her hometown with Nike, and even create a choir made up of queer voices with Olly Alexander and Absolut.

pip + lib always bring integrity to every idea - no matter the hurdles along the way. Their experience extends across traditional advertsing, social content and PR. Working on OOH, TV scripts, Radio, Global pitches, Social Content & PR Events.

Working with some of the biggest brands and respected agencies, they always push for ideas that have a conversation with the outside world, whether that’s simply, entertaining an audience or as fas as, providing an actual moment of meaning for a community.

They also provide consultancy with major music labels, Atlantic Records and Def Jam 0207. Which involve working with artists on their creative strategy, album launches, brand partnerships, and even a naming band!

In the past few years they have had the urge to direct their own work, and have directed for Nike, Birkenstock, Lego, Just Eat, Chelsea Fc.

They care deeply about queer representation, and are available to offer agencies and brands LGBTQ+ consultations during any point of the creative process.
